Chris works from the office of Bayleys Valuations, Wellington. Many of his clients hold national property portfolios. To ensure continuity of service, Chris will travel to other locations beyond the Wellington region.

Chris trained in Wellington and provincial locations under the guidance of several seasoned and experienced Valuers. In more recent years he has worked in conjunction with a group of dedicated and like-minded Registered Valuers at Bayleys Valuations Ltd. This provides an established valuation business, with a collective pool of knowledge and experience.

Chris is particular about ethical standards and has developed a strong level of trust and loyalty amongst his client base. He believes in open communication with his clients and always respects commercial sensitivities and the trust placed in him.

Chris is an Accredited Panel Valuer for the major banks that provide property finance.
